HERO VO2 Max Test Competition Terms & Conditions
Six winners will each receive one £250 Red Letter Days voucher to spend on a wellness, leisure, travel, dining, or experience of their choice, subject to the voucher provider’s terms and conditions.
The promoter of the Competition is Everyone Active
- The Competition is open to current members of Everyone Active aged 18 and over (excludes colleagues).
- Only one entry per registration will be entered in the draw.
- Complete a HERO VO₂ Max test between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026.
- Complete a second HERO VO₂ Max retest between 1 December 2026 and 24 December 2026.
- Complete both tests using the HERO app provided as part of the campaign.
- Only members who complete both the October baseline test and the December retest will be entered into the prize draw.
- The winners will be chosen at random from among the qualifying entries.
- The competition closes at midnight on 24th December 2026.
- The draw will take place following the campaign close and validation of completed tests.
- Winners will be contacted using the contact details held on their membership account.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prizes offered.
- Alternative prizes cannot be awarded.
- The total prize pool is 6 x £250 vouchers.
- Everyone Active reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
- Everyone Active reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary.
- The name of the winner may appear on Everyone Active’s social media feed, e-communications, newsletters and on the Everyone Active website.
- The random selection of the winner will be carried out using an online random number generator service and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
- The winners will be announced on Everyone Active’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
